Ruth came to visit me. We had so much fun. We canned Spaghetti Sauce, Blackberry and Currant that was so yummy right off my bushes that I have planted. I am making it next year too. We played with our camera's and made popcorn balls. We were supposed to be on Weight Watchers so we decided we would only eat one popcorn ball a day. That didn't work so well. One night I ate 4 of them. We are dangerous together.

Grateful Statement: I am so grateful for this cousin of mine. I am blessed that she likes to do all the things I like. 

1st Day of Kindergarten

Today Gracie went to Kindergarten. She goes to Amy Orme's house because she home schools her kids and she will home school Gracie at the same time. She goes from 8-12 am Monday thru Thursday. They are a sweet family and Gracie loves it. I can't believe she is already going to school.\

Grateful Statement: I am so grateful for Amy and her willingness to teach Gracie. She is such a blessing to us.

Today we went to Jefferson County so AJ and Janna could adopt Gracie. Turns out that the judge needed Janna's Attorney to write a letter to be delivered for a signature to Heather and Cody that they had the right to challenge the adoption. So we are going to get that done and then we will be able to finalize it. 

Before we left this morning I made heart shaped pancakes for Miss Gracie May. She loved them and was ready to go get adopted.

Grateful Statement: I am so grateful for Janna and AJ that are willing to love and raise this little one. She is one blessed little girl.

My cute Gracie has a favorite food. It's Corn on the Cob. And she loves her Mickey Mouse ears. She is such a delight and brings so much joy into my life. She loves to pose for pictures and I love to take them of her.

Grateful Statement: I am so grateful everyday for this little girl. She is a joy!

Gracie and Red

Janna Teaching Gracie to Ride Red

Janna is such a good mom. She is teaching Gracie how to ride a horse. It was one of her favorite things to do when she was young. I would drive her 45 minutes to a ranch where Ernie would teach her to ride. She loved jumping horses all over the arena. Those were good times.

Grateful Statement: I am so grateful for this daughter of mine that is so caring of others. I am blessed beyond measure.
