McDonald's Again

I took Gracie down to Provo and picked up John and Heather. We went shopping and then to McDonald's so Gracie could play. She was really brave today and went all the way up to the top and then didn't know how to get down so Heather went to rescue her. We had a good time. It was good to see my John. I gave him his Christmas finally. He was going to come up but sent Heather up instead. So he didn't make it for Christmas but I will still make him his Mexican Wedding Cakes he loves so much. 

I dropped everyone off and came home. Heather is pretty sick so she went to take a nap and see if she could get feeling better.

Grateful Statement: I am so grateful for my John. I love him with all my heart. He truly has taught me so many things as I have attempted to raise him. I am blessed!

Oatmeal (Yum)

We got up and I finished packing my bags and off Gracie and I went to Utah. We stopped in Tremonton for lunch at McDonald's so Gracie could play. She had fun and got to stretch her legs. Then it was off to Provo to see her Mommie. She was pretty excited to see her. She loves her mommie. 

It was a long drive but we finally made it to Dean and Amie's. Amie colored with Gracie and fixed us dinner. Gracie and I are pretty tired so we are going to bed.

Grateful Statement: I am so grateful for my safe trip here. I was a little sick when I left but I just kept praying that I would be okay. Oh, the power of prayer. I am blessed.

This little one has been sick with a cough and runny nose. Janna and AJ went to the store and she couldn't wait for Janna to get home. She cuddled up with me and went sound asleep.

I did my laundry today. Got it all done. Yeah Team!! Getting ready to pack up my stuff for Utah.

Grateful Statement: I am so grateful today for our Prophet and all who serve with him. I am grateful for the direction from God that they receive for our benefit. I am grateful to have an absolute knowledge that God is leading this church through his Prophet and Apostles.

Fruit Snacks and Mickey Mouse

Gracie absolutely loves Fruit Snacks and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. We watch it everyday except when she goes to Lolo's. It's so cold outside we can't go out and play so we play in the house. Hurry up Summer, this girls needs her swing, tramp and sandbox.

I love this little munchkin to death.

Grateful Statement: I am so grateful this little girl came into my life. What a blessing she is.

Harley Has No Wisdom

I took Harley to Dr Machen in Idaho Falls to get her Wisdom Teeth pulled. They had to cut them out or "slice and dice" as Harley called it. While she was in the chair Gracie and I went to Brolim's in Idaho Falls to get her prescriptions filled and I bought the stuff on my shopping list. 

Then Gracie and I went to McDonalds for a happy meal. She never eats anything but the French Fries... Oh well, better luck next time.
Homeward we went after picking up Harley tried to give her her meds but she couldn't open her mouth. Janna got her some Ice Cream so she could have something to eat.
Harley put on her facebook page that she had her wisdom teeth out and now has no wisdom. How funny is that. 

Grateful Statement: I am so grateful for this granddaughter of mine. It's hard to see them go through hard stuff. I am so blessed with the most wonderful grandkids in the world.

My Little Sunbeams

Here She Is

This is our cute little Sunbeams. They are so sweet and good. We'll see how long it lasts. But I love them all already.They are the very best. What a way to spend a Sunday with these cuties.

Gracie was sick again so she didn't go to church. She just always seems to have a cough or cold. I hope she grows out of this soon.

I was very tired after church. Our new time is 1pm to 4pm. Needless to say it's hard for all of us including my sunbeams. 

Janna made pancakes for dinner so I didn't have to do anything.

Grateful Statement: I am so grateful for the Sabbath. What a wonderful renewal I get each Sunday.

I made my calendar for 2016 and put January up today. I love making these calendars. I went back to 2015 and chose pictures from the month. I love looking at these as I change them each month.

I made Fajitas today in a crock pot. They were pretty good but I would like them better saute'd in a skillet. My problem is I don't have enough room in my biggest pan to make enough for my family. So it worked out pretty easy.

I was really tired today so I didn't accomplish a thing. 

Janna went shopping with AJ and bought a new washer. Her old one was so bad we thought for sure it was going to come through the wall into my family room. Now she has a quiet one.

Grateful Statement: I am grateful for a new year to begin. Can't wait to see what it brings.
